Kuch to baat hai!!!

FORMAL LETTER TO NEAR AND DEAR ONES.

Dear friends,
This is a formal letter to all my friends who are scattered here and there so do read and feel it. This is America, I could believe that the culture is different, the nature is different and the prices(of course) are different but I bet the air is the same, the water is the same and the earth is also the same.

It took me hardly a minute a decide what I am, but thing is that what one adheres to in life wherever he/she is. There are basically three types of people; basic and abundant category who change according to atmosphere and lose what they actually are, second category who do not change from basic what may come and third category who stick to basic and add flavour to the basic stuff.

First category is most awful by nature as they forget what they are. They are like the wild boar escaped from the cage. They simply find what they can have to have more eyes focused on them. But believe me one can't challenge Americans in America. Even one goes to extremity you are just a freak who is trying to uproot someone in whose blood it is present.

Second category suffer a lot in life. They can't adopt to the new changes and circumstances and may perish in life. They are like baby leopard frog who were brought by there mother for the first time to the land. Their mother wishes them to adopt to air and be a friend in order to survive. In America one can't wear a dhoti and roam all around as it is a sign of insanity. One can't challenge them with his own style statement.

Third category is what Indians and my dear near need to have it. Believe me add flavour to what your base is. You can't challenge Americans in their home land. If you feel you are something then I think you can easily outwit them.
Now time to cite some incidents......
It was a sunny day and it is in a train from Penn station to Metro Park on a NJ Transit we have our HERO. The guy(HERO) was sitting in a compartment where three ladies were there, an Ossan(old man) and two more American dudes. On one side there were three creatures; one lady probably a married, the guy and the old man. On the other side two ladies and the two American dudes. Old man was sitting to the left of the guy and the lady to the right. In front seat the lady at the extreme was occasionally gazing at this odd creature who was singing songs audible to self and just people next to him. The lady in front was caught once when looking at our HERO. She adjusted her earphone attached to the Ipod as an excuse. The girl was American so finding excuses was not that big a deal. Our HERO was engaged to his singing so paid no more heed. The train got a jerk may be due to swift turn and when HERO saw at the American dudes he felt being looked at by someone and saw the girl gazing again. It was awful though bearable.
Time went by and HERO was again lost in singing. The lady next to hero got a call and was seeking the name of the station and HERO told her that the station was ELIZABETH. But that time also he was watched by a cute pair of eyes. They were of that girl.
HERO was plainly dressed just like Indian with American Flavour. But still he was gazed at by American beauties and that too not once or twice but thrice. So just one thing I want to saw "KUCH TO BAAT HAI----He has something in him". Some may say its style but to tell you the truth the HERO was me and all those who know me also know well what my costumes are. I am the same SUMAN. But see the impact its just being self with flavour. :P :P
Yours truly,
Suman Sucharit Das
